My kids loved this. Thank you! –Uju Williams

Asian baked tilapia is the perfect fish recipe and is also a great way to get non-fish eaters to love fish. It cooks quickly and has the most delectable taste. Slowly baked tilapia smeared with honey, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce mix, stuffed and garnished with fresh lemons, garlic, ginger, lemon grass, scotch bonnet, spring onions and finished with fresh parsley to make it favourable and easy to love.

Wrapping in parchment paper creates a steaming effect that produces succulent, mouth watering fish that soaks up all the flavours from the marinade.

Pair this fish with steamed rice, sautéed vegetables or even roasted potatoes.
